Hello all!
Spring is upon us and we are VERY busy here at the Center! With warmer weather comes a plethora of great events. There is one correction to the previous list: The BRPC Open House on April 18th is from 1pm - 4pm.
I would like to take the opportunity to speak to our volunteers, friends and supporters for a moment if you would be so kind as to give me an ear. As the summer months press in on us and vacations come around, kids are out of school and yard work beckons please do not forget to support all that the Center has put together for the purpose of awareness and community involvement. In the midst of all the busyness we are still in need of your prayers, attendance and giving. We need the presence of those that God has drawn to this ministry behind us. As a small staff of seven we are only able to do so much but with the help of all that are called we can indeed move mountains.
Our annual Walk for Life is May 1st this year and we need the support of each and every one of you to make this day a success. As we plan and pray for God's blessing I am mindful that He uses one person at a time to build a storehouse of blessings. We ask that you be a part of our Walk this year, get your friends, families and churches involved and be the instrument that God uses to pour forth His blessing upon the unborn....for the generations to come!

There are so many opportunities for you to get involved this spring to support the Center and have fun while doing it! Get out your calendars and take notes!

March 24th - 27th: Kidz Kraze Consignment Sale, 9am - 2pm, Lynchburg Church of the Nazarene
April 9th: LU Fashion Show, The Schilling Center, Doors Open at 7:30pm, Show starts at 8pm. Partial proceeds to benefit BRPC.
April 16th: PULSE Concert, Grace Church on Timberlake Road, 7:30 - 10:00pm. All proceeds to benefit BRPC
April 18th: BRPC Pastor's and Church Staff Open House, The Center, 2pm-5pm
May 1st: Annual Walk for Life, Riverside Park, Day-of registration begins at 9am, walk begins at 10am

Spring Into Life Market and Family Expo
Fresh on the heels of Big Pearl Paintball we are gearing up for our Spring Into Life Market and Family Expo. The 2nd Annual Market will take place March 20th from 11am-4pm at the Holiday Inn Select Downtown. The purpose of the Market is two-fold: first, to cultivate awareness of the Pregnancy Center and its mission and secondly, to create exposure for local businesses, organizations and vendors within our community.
The day will be filled with activities for the whole family. Dance Creations in Wyndhurst will be performing intermittently throughout the day. There will be a seperate expo for children complete with face painting, story-telling and the like. Businesses and vendors selling unique, one-of-a-kind items will be on display for shopping and information purposes. And best of all? Admission is FREE!
Right now, most specifically, we are looking for vendors to come and be a part of this event. We are looking for any area of interest that would benefit a family living in Central Virginia. For example, health and fitness, finance and insurance, personal services (spa, hair care, aesthetics), home improvement, churches and family recreation to name a few. Cost to participate is $100 and all proceeds go to the Center. If you or someone you know is interested in participating please contact Kelly Speas or Stephanie McBride at BRPC (434)528-9750 as soon as possible. Our goal is to limit vendors to one per industry however, we may bend on that if necessary. Thank you for your continued support!

Big Pearl Paintball
Greetings to all of you! We hope by now that most of you are aware of the Big Pearl Paintball Event supporting the Center in February. For those of you who don't, here are the details:

Who: Anyone and everyone who is interested in playing paintball to benefit the Blue Ridge Pregnancy Center
Details: The cost for this event is $30 if you need equipment and $15 if you do not. The $30 fee includes registration, equipment and 500 paintballs. The $15 fee is for registration only. Pre-registration for groups or individuals who do not have equipment is recommended. Day-of registration will begin at 9a.m. All proceeds go to benefit the Center. Any questions? Welcome to our new blog!
